Board certified civil trial attorney Tom Scarritt was invited to Freedom High School in North Tampa to teach three classes of ninth grade honors students “Aristotle’s Three Tools of Persuasion from a Trial Lawyer’s Perspective.” Scarritt used some of his most colorful and dramatic personal injury and business jury trials to illustrate how to use Aristotle’s Tools to persuade juries.
