TAMPA — A man who builds websites and web applications is suing Tampa Bay Downs alleging it breached its contract with him.

Jennifer Viens and Austin Viens-DeRuisseau were also named as defendants in the suit.

Prabal Dey claims ownership of a computer software program, the “Fantasy Sports Code,” registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, according to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
