FT. LAUDERDALE — OL USA LLC is suing ShippingMyGoods.com alleging it failed to pay more than $20,000 for services rendered.

In October 2022, ShippingMyGoods enlisted the services of OL for non-vessel operating common carrier services, specifically arranging the transportation of household products from North America to various international destinations, according to a complaint filed Oct. 26 in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

OL issued seaway bills of lading and invoices to the defendant for the services. The terms and conditions governing these services were outlined in standard form trading terms, explicitly incorporated into each invoice and bill of lading, and available on OL’s website.
