MIAMI – A cruise ship passenger is suing Celebrity Cruises for injuries sustained from allegedly slipping and falling on a wet floor.

Plaintiff filed a lawsuit in federal court against Celebrity Cruises citing allegations of negligent failure to warn, negligent maintenance and general negligence.

According to the lawsuit, on October 26, 2022, Kahan was a passenger aboard the Celebrity Solstice when she allegedly slipped and fell on a wet and hazardous surface at a café on the ship, causing her severe injuries to her left knee and back.
