Brian L. Hayden Named a National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Leadership Advancement Program Fellow
Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Brian L. Hayden has been selected as a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s (NAPABA) 2023-24 Leadership Advancement Program (LAP). NAPABA’s LAP is a year-long experiential program targeted at building leadership skills by allowing rising attorneys to step into their own leadership style while providing an opportunity to foster genuine relationships with peers within the profession. The LAP selects only 24 applicants and is one of NAPABA’s premier programs.

Brian is a principal in the firm’s Jacksonville, Florida, office. He advises employers on a wide range of complex and evolving employment law issues, including restrictive covenants, trade secrets and unfair competition. Brian routinely conducts investigations on behalf of companies and public entities related to allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage-hour violations, and other confidential personnel matters. He frequently lectures and provides management and employee training on various employment-related topics, including sexual harassment prevention, leave policies, and employment law compliance. He also reviews and drafts employment-related policies and agreements. In addition, Brian regularly updates employers on the latest developments in employment law.
