Bar to provide free trust accounting software beginning in September
President Scott Westheimer wants The Florida Bar to get back to basics – and that starts with “Nota,” a new trust accounting solution for Florida Bar members.
“It means investing in and empowering our more than 111,000 members by supporting them in meaningful, practical ways,” Westheimer vowed in his inaugural address. “The Bar must be more proactive in protecting the public and in helping members stay out of our discipline system.”
Beginning in September, at Westheimer’s direction, Florida lawyers will have free access via the Member Benefits Program to the Nota financial management platform.
