Navigation CABA names its leadership training program fellows
The Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) has selected 11 fellows for its new leadership training program, “L.E.A.D. with CABA.” The Leadership, Education, And, Development (L.E.A.D.) program is designed to provide CABA fellows with the knowledge, skills, and tools to be effective leaders within CABA, The Florida Bar, and their communities.

“Leadership is not just about guiding others, but about self-discovery and continuous growth,” CABA President Giselle Gutierrez said. “We designed L.E.A.D. with CABA to empower our fellows with the knowledge, skills, and experience to become effective leaders while challenging them to explore their values and strengths. By raising awareness and engaging in ethical and public service matters, participants can use their leadership skills to make a positive impact on their communities and the world.”
