A model who permits sexually explicit images of herself to be displayed on a subscription-only website is suing Orange County Public Schools after the district barred her from being a volunteer at her children’s elementary school.

Orange County resident Victoria Triece filed the civil complaint Jan. 24 in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, alleging that the district invaded her privacy, violated her rights under the Florida Constitution and engaged in “civil sexual cyberharassment of the plaintiff.”

Triece had been a volunteer in a program at her children’s school, Sand Lake Elementary, until October 2021, when the plaintiff was told by her principal that she would no longer be allowed on school grounds to take part in the ADDitions School Volunteer program, according to the lawsuit.
