Two South Florida lawmakers who are also attorneys are renewing a perennial attempt to mandate lactation spaces in Florida courthouses.

Sen. Lori Berman, D-Boynton Beach, filed SB 144 on January 9. Rep. Ashley Viola Gantt, D-Miami, filed a companion, HB 87, on December 29, 2022. Neither bill has received committee references.
