Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10(b), Gregory Saldamando has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Saldamando was suspended from the practice of law for a period of 91 days by order of The Supreme Court of Florida dated March 31, 2022, as a result of a complaint alleging that he failed to communicate settlement information, failed to act within the scope of representation, and created a conflict of interest with his clients regarding settlement proceeds, in violation of Rules 4-1.2, 4-1.4 and 4-1.7 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
