Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Juan Carlos Mercado, Jr., has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Mercado was suspended for sixth months by order of the Supreme Court of Florida dated October 14, 2021, for violation of Rules 3-4.3 (Misconduct and Minor Misconduct); 4-1.7 (Conflict of Interest); and 4-8.4(d) (A lawyer shall not engage in conduct in connection with the practice of law that is prejudicial to the administration of justice) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
