Judge Tina L. Caraballo received the 2022 Chief Justice Award for Judicial Excellence for her leadership during Orange County’s pandemic recovery.

Supreme Court Chief Justice Carlos G. Muñiz presented the award July 13 at the Annual Education Program of the Conference of County Court Judges.
