The second time could be the charm for criminal justice reform advocates after the House voted unanimously to approve a measure that would allow juveniles to expunge their criminal records, including some felonies.

The House voted 115-0 on February 24 to approve HB 195 by Rep. David Smith, R-Winter Springs.
