Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10(b), Carmen Diana Lubbecke of Sarasota has petitioned for Bar reinstatement.

Lubbecke was suspended from the practice of law for one year pursuant to a Supreme Court of Florida order dated December 17, 2020. The suspension was effective January 19, 2021.  Lubbecke was suspended for violation of the following Rules Regulating The Florida Bar: Rule 4-1.4 (Communication); Rule 4-1.7 (Conflict of Interest; Current Clients); Rule 4-1.8 (Conflict of Interest; Prohibited and Other Transactions); Rule 4-8.1 (Bar Admission and Disciplinary Matters); and Rule 4-8.4(d) (Misconduct: conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice).
