Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers announced plans for local clerks to hold coordinated Operation Green Light events within a two-week period, from Saturday, March 26 – Saturday, April 9. Participating offices will hold events one or more days during this timeframe.

The annual driver license reinstatement event provides the public with an opportunity to pay overdue court-ordered obligations, while saving in additional fees.

“Each year, Clerks of Court put considerable time and effort into making the Operation Green Light events a success,” said Chris Hart IV, chief executive officer of Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers. “As we plan this year’s coordinated events over the coming weeks, we encourage fellow constitutional officers, agencies, and community leaders to get involved and help spread the word about this life-changing initiative. For potential participants, please mark your calendars and continue to check our website for the event schedule.”
