The June 24 Champlain Towers South condominium collapse has made property insurance carriers more skittish at a time when premiums were already rising and coverage hard to find.

Those are some of the findings industry experts presented August 18 to a Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section task force studying the Surfside disaster that claimed 98 lives.
