The Florida Bar added five new members to its Citizens Advisory Committee, a group of 14 citizens with varied interests and backgrounds who provide two-way communication between the state’s major citizen constituencies and the Bar’s Board of Governors.

The committee also helps to inform and educate the public about significant legal-justice issues. The new citizen members, appointed by President Mike Tanner for three-year terms, are Tom Wert of Orlando, Kevin Gay of Jacksonville, David Mica of Tallahassee, Orlando Rolón of Orlando, and Nancy Vaughn of Tampa.
