Navigation Newmark petitions for Bar reinstatement
Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Tracy Belinda Newmark of Ft. Lauderdale has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
By order of October 2, 2020, Newmark was suspended for a period of 45 days to run consecutively with a suspension of six months and placed on two years’ probation. In the first matter, Newmark represented clients in a tenant eviction matter and cross claim involving a black mold issue. Newmark failed to properly communicate with her clients and failed to diligently pursue their legal matter. In the second matter, Newmark represented the former husband in extremely contentious family and domestic law matters. During the pendency of the litigation, Newmark made numerous derogatory remarks online about opposing counsel. In her posts, petitioner also made misrepresentations regarding the judge’s comments about opposing counsel.
