Florida lawyer Nicholas Merlin and his wife, Theresa Van Luth, and their two children are moving to Australia were Merlin will pursue a career as a barrister.

With a little help from art therapy, Nicholas Merlin may soon join a fairly select club: Florida Bar members who are also barristers.

Merlin is in the process of leaving his job as an attorney for the Agency for Health Care Administration in Tallahassee to move to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Once there, he will attend La Trobe University Law School to take four or five required courses that will eventually lead to his becoming a solicitor there and then a barrister.
