Special Bar committees to focus on professionalism and ‘opportunity’

The Program Evaluation Committee has endorsed creating special committees on professionalism and “opportunity,” both signaling President-elect Michael Tanner’s priorities for the upcoming year.

The committee also endorsed Tanner’s proposal to extend the COVID-19 Pandemic Recovery Task Force by another year to study automated platforms for the resolution of civil disputes worth less than $1,000.
