Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Rosemary Anne Hill-Baitson has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar for reinstatement.

Hill-Baitson was suspended for 18 months effective July 27, 2019, for violation of Rule 4-1.5(e)(1) (Fees and Costs for Legal Services – Duty to Communicate Basis or Rate of Fee or Costs to Client); Rule 4-8.4(c) (Misconduct – a lawyer shall not engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation); Rule 5-1.1(a)(1) (Trust Accounts – Nature of Money or Property Entrusted to Attorney; Trust Account Required); and Rule 5-1.2(a) (Trust Accounting Records and Procedures).
