In light of the ongoing pandemic and its impact on the ability to conduct trials and hearings, Chief Justice Charles Canady has extended the time period during which certain, specific requirements must be met in accordance with the rules governing board certification.

Acting February 1 in Administrative Order No. AOSC21-2, at the request of The Florida Bar, Chief Justice Canady said the temporary measure will remain in place until October 31, 2022.
