Court grants 30-day extension to file proposed IOTA rule comments

At the request of expected commenters, the Supreme Court has granted a 30-day extension for those wanting to respond to an IOTA-related Bar rule amendment submitted by the Task Force on the Distribution of IOTA Funds.

The court on December 29 granted the unopposed motion from a group of past presidents of The Florida Bar Foundation and extended the comment deadline from January 4 to February 3.

The task force in turn was given until February 24 to respond to the comments.
