Due to COVID concerns, Eighth Circuit Chief Judge Mark W. Moseley has suspended jury trials for the week of January 4.
Jurors summoned for that week in Alachua (criminal) and Levy (civil) counties do not have to report. All court proceedings which do not involve jurors, will remain as scheduled.
