Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Aubrey George Rudd, has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Rudd was suspended for three years effective August 1, 2016, due to misrepresentations he made while serving as a settlement agent in two real estate closing transactions. Rudd was also suspended for 91 days effective nunc pro tunc August 1, 2020, for engaging in the practice of law following the entry of the prior suspension order, and for engaging in acts of misconduct unrelated to the practice of law, including, failing to accurately update his homestead status and not reporting rental income on his tax returns both of which were corrected.
Any persons having knowledge bearing upon Rudd’s fitness or qualifications to resume the practice of law should contact Tonya L. Avery, Bar Counsel, via email to tavery@floridabar.org.
