Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10(b), Melton Harry Little of Palmetto has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Little was suspended for 18 months by an order of the Supreme Court dated July 18, 2019. This suspension was effective on August 17, 2019. Little was suspended for violation of the following Rules Regulating The Florida Bar: Rule 3-4.3 (Misconduct); Rule 4-8.4(a) (A lawyer shall not violate or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct); and Rule 4-8.4(d) (A lawyer shall not engage in conduct in connection with the practice of law that is prejudicial to the administration of justice).
