Navigation 17th Circuit and Broward judgeships available
The 17th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission has been asked to provide Gov. Ron DeSantis with nominees for the vacancies circuit and Broward County benches created by the resignation of Circuit Judge Johnathan D. Lott and County Judge Mardi Levey Cohen, respectively.
The JNC requests that interested candidates submit an application for consideration. Applicants must meet the qualifications for circuit and county court judges described in Article V, Section 8 of the Florida Constitution.
