“I’m ending my legal battle so my time as Special Counsel and head of the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) is now over,” Hampton Dellinger said in a statement after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit allowed President Donald Trump’s ouster of Dellinger to take effect.
