Cohen, who worked at SDNY for nearly a decade and prosecuted New York City Mayor Eric Adams and former Lt. Gov. Brian Benjamin, said she will focus on complex commercial litigation and white collar defense. Cohen resigned from the Manhattan U.S. Attorney’s Office after Adams’ case was dropped on a directive from Main Justice.
