“We actually have a paper showing that more junior people are worse at using AI than more senior people because they don’t know what ‘good’ looks like. They get a legal memo and it’s like, ‘This is a great memo!'” said Ethan Mollick, co-director of Generative AI Labs at the Wharton School.
